Whats up with cutting the number of races at brooklyn? Only 6 point races and only 5 count for the season. What Cheer has that many point races!! Ashame that is what Brooklyn track has come to. Guess I'll check out some other sports for this summer to watch like quilting or watching paint dry. What the hell Don?

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nice job of leaving two open weekends each month for the other three area tracks to get their races in. That's really working togeather!!! True colors Brooklyn Raceway. Some things never change
race fan 1, Here are the comments I received last year after posting the schedule........I wish I could make everyone happy, but seems impossible.

Sorry Don, I didnt know that the other local tracks raced on friday nights, thought thats why you did so as not to step on their schedule. I'll have to check the other tracks to see when they are running. This wouldnt be so you can do more racing of your own would it? Just a thought..............

only a thought on friday racing,it realy cuts things close to geting there even if liveing close by.and being friday most employes gets paid on that day.it makes it very hard for some to swing to that beat of friday nite racing.as check cashing, makeing sure all is well at home, and the never ending bill thing .even so its geting the car loaded gased up along with truck.not only that but, alot of racers know this what im going to say lol.rushing off after work,no talking and communicating with wife, and the kids... well we all know where that leads.even if all goes well, its a bit of a rush when reaching the track. geting things unloaded, geting it to the inspection, finding out some thing in the rules have changed, and the races are geting ready to do hot laps.with or with out you..if all goes well, your off back to the parking spot geting suited up buckeled in,every one running around like some one had a race at your car and shot the gun and yeled go ....but we all done it time after time .some racers from futher away cannt make it cause of time. just a thought on the subject. i dont really try to give any sajestions as its not my place or track.nor do i have any pull either way lol.im just another old driver and builder. have fun if you can make it on friday nites its all fun even if it makes it rough.besides remember this little saying. it only makes things you can look back on inlife and truely say.....yes i done that to with a smile .
