Former racer. I do agree with you that Mr. Wauters is trying. And we thank him for keeping the nicest facility open and going. On your points you made about pay I do not fully understand. You said if you want a higher pay-out pay a higher entry fee. So by that way of thinking which I do like by the way. Open cars should already be paying triple, pro-stock double, and stock the same or less. By a business stand point it seems you would pay the class with the highest car count the most. Because, that class brought you more cars to put on a better race for watching. Also, the class with the most cars brings the most people. I will average one driver and three pit people. It is a hypothetical number so don't beat me up on that point, just something to work with. So 12 open cars on Saturday would have brought in $300 for the drivers and $720 for their pit guys. As to with say stock with I believe 31 cars would be $775 for the drivers and $1860 for pit help. Really quite a difference? And although I do like watching the open class it's kind of getting boring. When they go out you can almost know who's going to place and where. If 76 is in the race and you bet on it, you for the most part have a sure thing. Or if the 1x is out there your money is safe on it. Then the other cars filter in after that of course with rare odds someone else might win but not likely... Just thoughts to ponder. And I'm sure $500 to win is nice just thank a stock class driver for helping make it possible. And yes people don’t normally put their names which you didn’t either. But, it is America thank God and the U.S. military we are free. So we can speak or type our opinions and if you sift through the nastiness in here some people do make good points

finally someone telling it like it is-yeah more money is spent on the open and prostock classes but that is their own choice to put that much into their vehicle-i have to agree whole heartedly that the stock class has had a better car count than any other classes for quite a while why should they get paid the worst when they bring the most money to the track-this is one of the best points anyone has ever brought up

There's alot more other drivers out there that win other than 76 or 1x, there were 25 races between the 4 tracks and i think 76 won 2 and 1x won 7 that means there were 16 races that was not won by either one of them

I read about pay for open and stock and prostock based on car count. I agree that the class with the highest car count should get the money there for they are the ones bringing the cars for a show. One night may be a heck of a open nightm Next night could be heck of a stock night etc... Now i know most open class drivers wouldnt totally agree cause there car count is low and if u drop the open class money do u think they will run? You say its only as expesive as u make it which i agree. Anyone can put a 10,000 paint job on there car with knowing it will be tore up. On the down side of this i also see that if they knock down the open class money do u think they want to run with 3 cars?? My thought is and again its only a thought. If u knock down opens pay to much they will say it dont pay to run open class they will end up dropping down like some of the old open drivers have done before. then now what kind of race do u have for the open class?? The open class suffers. Both ends of this is intreguing and pondering.Maybe a good thing would be help the tracks get sponsers for the tracks to be able to up the lower class and uper class some? I understand and can totallly see where stock is paying for open drivers but if u take away to much the open driver will say for the dollar its best just to run in the little class and dominate those guys, then u have produced a big nightmare for some of those little guys who keep running each week with not even a prayer. I guess if u want that im game but deep inside my heart that tells me that if that gets done its just like the old days where u just run all together... Anyone who remembers that knows what im talking about. Theres no easy fix to this at all . Time hopefully will help with this as brining all the classes tracks together and not over lapping, May take a while or even a long time to accomplish. Heres a idea....so every class wants to make a couple more dollars racing to pay for some of there things right? Lets 2 races each year, Hear me out before critizing this. First race all proceeds go to the town we race in to help the schools or a foundation that accutally benfits a town some how, sounds like the town would benifit and also maybe bussiness will kick in just cause of what we are all doing as a group. Second idea is second race no payout at all. Wait i know soon as i said that someone in there chair just about lost it LOL, hear me out LOL. You race ur second race all pay out for each class is taken and stuck in to a kiddy pool. Those who raced that race and didnt get paid will be able to race a race at some point that year and divided the money evenly trough alll class but only for the drivers who gave up there money, You still race a normall night of racing but those drivers who gave up before will be able to get money back, again these are ideas and that person sitting over there saying no pay calm down take a prozac it will be ok LMAO
